From Havana to a new generation of marketing and technology
The Brito Marketing story began on May 6, 2006, in Havana, Cuba, long before it became the company it is today.
2006 · Havana
Where it all began
In its early years it operated as Alcony Brito Entertainment, with roots deeply tied to art, music, creativity and audiovisual production.
Its founder, Leo Brito, started out in Cuba's artistic world, building websites, catalogs, posters, banners, album covers, promotional materials, filming and video editing for artists and cultural projects.
At the same time, he worked as a cultural promoter, artist promoter and IT specialist at the Instituto de la Música, an experience that put him in direct contact with musicians, producers and figures from the arts.
What started as a mix of creativity, technology and production gradually became a business.
Artists began hiring him to create promotional materials, produce and print CDs, design covers, build websites and produce audiovisual content.
Over time, Brito also got involved in producing and representing artists.
His training at the International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba, broadened his view even further on audiovisual communication, production and how to build an image around a person, a work or a brand.
That period shaped a philosophy that is still at the core of Brito Marketing:
Never work a brand from a single discipline, but bring creativity, technology, communication and strategy together around one goal.
2011 · New York
A new chapter
In 2011, Leo Brito left Cuba and arrived in New York.
The company still operated as Alcony Brito Entertainment, but its work began to expand into the American business market.
During this period it began developing advertising, promotion and audiovisual production projects for businesses, including work in the automotive industry.
New York was an important transition.
Years of experience working with artists started to be applied directly to companies and brands.
The goal was no longer just to produce content.
It was to use that content to help a business communicate better, attract customers and grow.
2014 · Las Vegas
From entertainment to marketing
After about three years in New York, Leo Brito moved to Las Vegas.
It was then that the company evolved from Alcony Brito Entertainment into Alcony Brito Media Group, reflecting a much broader transformation of its capabilities.
In Las Vegas it began to specialize more deeply in advertising and digital marketing.
The company progressively added web development, paid advertising, Google Ads, pay-per-click, social media, SEO and marketing strategy.
Audiovisual creativity began to combine with analytics, advertising and business strategy.
One of the most important projects of that period was its work with De Castroverde Law Group.
For years, Brito served as the firm's strategic consultant for the Hispanic market, helping develop advertising concepts, commercials, positioning and communication strategies aimed at the Latino community.
During that time, the firm expanded significantly in structure, staff and physical presence, becoming one of the most representative cases of Brito's Las Vegas years.
That project confirmed something that would later become central to the company's philosophy:
Advertising works best when creativity, strategy and deep market knowledge work together.
2020 · Miami
The birth of Brito Marketing
After Las Vegas came a new chapter.
Leo Brito saw a huge opportunity in Miami's Hispanic and Latino market and decided to move the company to South Florida.
Miami would become the place where the name Brito Marketing was finally born.
The change didn't come from a corporate meeting or a naming strategy.
It came from the people themselves.
Clients, business owners and acquaintances started referring to Leo in a very simple way:
“That's Brito, the one who does your marketing.”
“Talk to Brito, he'll do your marketing.”
The name Brito became naturally linked to the service the company was providing.
The decision became obvious.
If the market already knew Brito for marketing, the company had to be called Brito Marketing.
That's how a brand was born that summed up, in two words, years of experience, evolution and work.
A different way of advertising
In the early Miami years, many businesses still relied mainly on traditional advertising or were only beginning to discover the potential of the new digital platforms.
Brito Marketing bet on combining two elements that would become an important part of its growth:
creative audiovisual production and digital advertising.
The company produced different kinds of commercials, developed advertising concepts and used digital platforms to put those messages directly in front of specific audiences.
The combination started to deliver results.
And the results started to bring referrals, new clients and growth.
Brito Marketing gradually built a strong presence in Miami's Hispanic market.
Brands, companies, artists, media and public figures
Throughout its history, Brito Marketing has worked with companies across many industries, from legal, automotive, medical and dental to hospitality, construction, real estate, insurance, entertainment and media.
At different stages of its history, the company has developed projects for brands and organizations such as Toyota of Las Vegas, Centennial Toyota, Cardinale Automotive Group, De Castroverde Law Group, Globe Life Insurance, Loews Miami Coral Gables and Walker Furniture & Mattress, as well as many businesses in the U.S. Hispanic market.
Brito's bond with the arts has also stayed present since its beginnings.
In Cuba, it produced promotional work and record materials for figures such as Chucho Valdés.
In the United States, Brito Marketing has collaborated with well-known figures from entertainment and the Latino community.
Among them is Alexander Delgado of Gente de Zona, for whose business ventures it produced promotion, advertising, commercials and web development.
There have also been projects and collaborations with figures such as Alex Otaola, La Dura, Carlos Otero, Rachel Cruz, Saharis Fernández, Heidi González, Millie Alemán, Enrique Almirante, Yori Gómez and Susana Pérez, among others.
The company has also worked and collaborated with media and platforms for the Cuban and Latino community, including Cubanos por el Mundo and Hola Ota-Ola.
But the Brito Marketing story isn't defined only by well-known names.
It's defined by decades of working with real businesses, facing real challenges and building strategies to help them move into a new stage.
Every industry brought different problems.
Every client demanded understanding a different market.
And every project added knowledge that is now part of the company's experience.
From marketing agency to technology ecosystem
After years of evolution, Brito Marketing is entering a new stage.
The company no longer sees itself as just a traditional agency.
The vision today is to build an integrated ecosystem of marketing, media, technology, software, automation and artificial intelligence that connects the main areas a company needs to grow within a single structure.
That ecosystem includes several specialized units:
- Brito Marketing, focused on strategy, advertising, positioning and growth.
- Brito Media, specialized in audiovisual production, video, content and visual communication.
- Brito CRM, designed to connect marketing, leads, follow-up, communications, automations and sales processes.
- Brito Hosting, focused on infrastructure and digital hosting.
- Brito Cloud, dedicated to infrastructure, storage and technology services.
- Brito AI, in development, focused on bringing artificial intelligence into marketing, communication and business operations.
All these areas share one goal:
eliminating fragmentation.
For years, many companies have worked with one agency for advertising, another company for their website, another for video, another vendor for the CRM, another for hosting and different platforms for every part of their operation.
Brito's vision is to connect those pieces.
Not simply to offer more services.
But to make those services work together.
Today's pillars
Today Brito Marketing focuses its work on the areas where it believes it can add the most business value.
The company develops SEO and search positioning strategies, while also working on new forms of visibility in search engines and AI-powered platforms.
It manages advertising on the main digital platforms and builds strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation and growth.
Through Brito Media, it produces commercials, social media content and audiovisual productions made for the new ways people consume digital content.
The company also builds complete websites and web platforms, from strategy and user experience to development, implementation, infrastructure and hosting.
Integration with Brito CRM connects advertising campaigns with lead follow-up, automations, communications and sales processes.
That way, marketing and sales can work as parts of the same system.
On top of all this come social media, content, automation, business strategy, technology and artificial intelligence.
The end goal isn't to sell tools.
It's to build a structure that helps the business grow.
Marketing for a new era
The industry Brito Marketing knew in 2006 practically no longer exists.
- The way people consume content changed.
- Advertising changed.
- Technology changed.
- The way people search for information changed.
- The way consumers discover a company, research it and make decisions changed.
And artificial intelligence is transforming that whole process once again.
Brito Marketing has evolved alongside each of those changes.
That's why the company is focused today on a new generation of marketing, where advertising, search, data, content, automation, software and artificial intelligence are part of one strategy.
The vision isn't to adopt every new technology just because it's new.
It's to identify which ones can give the client a real advantage and integrate them strategically into the business.
A company with Cuban roots
Brito Marketing also holds a firm commitment to freedom and human dignity.
As a company with Cuban roots, it has long expressed its support for a free Cuba and its solidarity with peoples facing oppression, defending everyone's right to live, speak and build their future in freedom.
A story that keeps evolving
From Havana to New York, from Las Vegas to Miami, Brito Marketing has gone through different stages, markets and technological shifts.
- The name changed.
- The tools changed.
- The way of advertising changed.
But the essence never changed.
Understand the business first, find out what it really needs to grow, and build around that goal the strategy, creativity and technology to get there.
What began in 2006 as Alcony Brito Entertainment evolved into Alcony Brito Media Group and finally became Brito Marketing.
Today, that evolution continues.
Brito Marketing is moving toward an ecosystem where marketing, media, technology, software, automation and artificial intelligence work as one structure, connecting strategy, advertising, content, CRM, digital infrastructure and new technologies around one purpose:
creating real growth for our clients.
Because for Brito Marketing, the future isn't simply about adopting new tools.
It's about knowing how to use them sooner, better and with a clear purpose.
After more than two decades, we keep doing what we've done since day one:
creating, evolving and finding new ways to help those who trust us grow.
And this story is still being written.
