When video sells trust

Case study · GoldenTrust Insurance

Selling insurance means selling peace of mind before someone needs it. We produced cinema-grade commercials and, from them, one campaign for people shopping for insurance before they know which kind, others for auto and health, and forms inside Meta to ask for a quote without leaving the ad. Most of it in Spanish.

Clause 4The risk

What's the real challenge for an insurance agency in Miami?

Short answer

Marketing for insurance agencies in Miami: we fill your calendar with clients shopping for health, life, auto, or business coverage. Brito doesn't just send leads. It builds the system that answers fast, follows up in English and Spanish, and turns more calls into written policies before the prospect goes cold.

Certificate of risk

In Miami, the fight for every client is brutal. During Open Enrollment, everyone chases the same ACA families, and the rest of the year the agent selling life, auto, or commercial is up against chains, call centers, and the brother-in-law who just got licensed too. Clients buy on trust, and in Miami many of them call in Spanish, but they go with whoever shows up first on Google or whoever answered their WhatsApp within five minutes.

The problem is rarely the leads. It's that they come in cold, get answered late, and nobody follows up. An agent lives between calls, appointments, and renewals, and the prospect who asked for a quote on Tuesday has gone cold by Thursday. Without a system, you're paying for leads your own phone lets die.

Clause 5What we cover

How we fill your calendar

  1. Coverage 1

Ads that bring policies, not browsers

Our AI-powered Meta and Google campaigns are split by line: ACA in season, life and final expense year-round, plus auto and commercial. We speak each client's language, English or Spanish, and filter so the people who call are the ones ready to buy.

  2. Coverage 2

Get found in English and Spanish

With AI search and SEO, we rank your agency for searches like 'health insurance in Miami' or 'Obamacare agent near me,' in English and Spanish. We tune your Google Business Profile so your reviews and the map put you in front of the family that needs coverage today.

  3. Coverage 3

Answer in minutes, not the next day

BritoCRM answers every lead instantly by text and WhatsApp, books the appointment, and notifies you. It organizes prospects by line and season and reminds you about renewals and cross-sell opportunities. The leads you paid for stop dying in your phone.

  4. Coverage 4

    Content that builds trust

We produce videos and posts where you explain, in plain terms, what a plan covers, when enrollment opens, and why a local agent beats a 1-800 number. People buy from a face they already know and trust.

Insurance advertising in Florida: what the law requires and how we comply

  1. Nothing false or misleading about the policy (§626.9541(1)(a)1. and (1)(b), F.S.).

The law bars ads, sales presentations or comparisons that misrepresent a policy's benefits, conditions or terms, in any medium.

How we comply: We describe coverage using the details your agency confirms, and we don't publish prices or benefits that aren't in writing.

  2. Never look like the government (§626.9541(1)(a)9., F.S.; 69O-150.013(2)–(5), F.A.C.; 42 CFR 422.2262(a)(1)(ix) and (xvii)).

An ad can't suggest that the state, the federal government or Medicare stands behind the agency, or imitate their logos, colors or the Medicare card.

How we comply: We design with your brand, with no seals, colors or images that could be mistaken for the government's.

  3. The insurer's name and approval on health insurance ads (69O-150.013(1)(a) and (10), F.A.C.).

Every health insurance ad names the actual insurer, and ads used by an agent need that insurer's written approval.

How we comply: We put the insurer's name on every health piece and leave time in the calendar for your agency to get the approval.

  4. Titles and designations: only the ones you hold (§626.9541(1)(ff), F.S.; 69B-215.235, F.A.C.).

A designation that wasn't earned or is self-conferred can't be used, and neither can "financial advisor" if it implies a license you don't have.

How we comply: Before we write a title, we ask for the certificate from the organization that granted it.

  5. Real testimonials, and "Paid Endorsement" if someone was paid (69O-150.008(1) and (4), F.A.C.; 42 CFR 422.2262(b)(2)).

A testimonial must be genuine, current and accurate. If the speaker was paid, the ad says so. In Medicare ads, an actor must be disclosed as an actor portrayal.

How we comply: We use real clients in their own words and add the right disclaimer on screen.

  6. Medicare: the notice that you don't offer every plan (42 CFR 422.2267(e)(41)).

If your agency sells Medicare Advantage plans from more than one company, your website and all marketing materials carry CMS's standard notice with the number of organizations and plans you represent.

How we comply: We make it prominent on the website and in every ad, using the numbers your agency confirms.

This isn't legal advice; review your ads with your attorney or with the Florida Department of Financial Services.

Clause 6The fine print

Frequently asked questions

Can you bring me clients outside of Open Enrollment?

Yes. ACA has its season, but life, final expense, auto, supplemental health, and commercial lines sell all year. We build a calendar so your agency books appointments in January just like in November, and we take advantage of Special Enrollment Periods when a client qualifies off-season.

Do you follow insurance advertising rules (CMS, Meta)?

Yes, and it matters more than most people think. Meta restricts insurance ads, and CMS has guidelines on what ACA marketing can promise. We write campaigns that get approved and stay compliant, so your account doesn't get shut down mid-season and your message stays honest.

I work solo or with a small team. Is this for me?

Especially for you. When it's just you against the phone, leads go cold because you're in an appointment or behind the wheel. BritoCRM answers and books for you while you work, so a solo agent can operate like a full office. We start at your agency's size, with a 3-month plan to begin.

How soon will I start seeing calls?

Once the campaign is approved, ads can start bringing in calls within the first few days, because we pay to reach clients who are searching right now. SEO and reviews take weeks, but they deliver leads you don't pay for every month. We run both: quick wins up top and a foundation that compounds underneath.

Does AI recommend insurance agencies? How does it find me?

Yes. Many customers ask AI for an agent who speaks Spanish or offers a specific type of coverage. In our October 2026 study, AI had no fixed winner: it recommended different businesses for each question, and the language changed who showed up. For your agency: Google reviews, pages by type of insurance that answer real questions, and a presence in both English and Spanish.
