Case study · Jonari Dental · Cooper City

Jonari does smile design, veneers, implants and All-on-X. Patients who need that kind of treatment compare and ask before they decide. We set up English and Spanish campaigns with forms that qualify the patient, retargeting and new video ads every month, shot at the clinic.

Tooth 14Diagnosis

Why is filling the schedule so hard?

Short answer

Dental marketing in Miami connects practices with patients looking for a dentist they can trust, whether for implants, braces, or whitening. Brito focuses on booked patients, not just clicks, capturing the after-hours calls and Instagram messages that usually slip away, so every lead gets a reply and a follow-up.

Diagnosis

In Miami, patients don't pick a dentist because of the prettiest ad. They ask in the family group chat, read the reviews, and call three offices to compare prices and payment plans. If nobody picks up, they're already booked at the practice next door.

The problem is rarely a shortage of people searching. Demand for implants, braces, and whitening is everywhere. The problem is that leads slip away: they call after hours, they DM you on Instagram and hear nothing back, or they ask for an appointment and nobody follows up. You're with patients, not by the phone, and every missed call is a treatment plan walking out the door.

How we fill your calendar

  1. Visit 1

Ads that bring patients, not browsers

AI-driven ads put your budget in front of people who actually need a dentist nearby: implants, braces, emergencies. Ads in English and Spanish that talk about payment plans and first visits, not clinical jargon.

  2. Visit 2

Get found for 'dentist near me'

With AI search and local SEO, we build out your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and a page for every treatment, so you show up when a local family searches for a dentist, on Google and in AI answers.

  3. Visit 3

A site that turns visits into bookings

We build you a fast site in English and Spanish with online booking, real photos of your office, and financing options spelled out. People decide in seconds, so your site has to close.

  4. Visit 4

Every call and message, in one place

With BritoCRM, every call, form, and Instagram message lands in one place, with automated replies and reminders in English or Spanish. Fewer no-shows, review requests sent at the right moment, and follow-up that happens even while you're with a patient.

Dental advertising in Florida: what the law requires and how we comply

  1. Every ad identifies the responsible dentist (64B5-4.002(2), F.A.C.; §456.072(1)(t), F.S.).

It carries their license number, or their name together with the full name, address and phone on file, plus the type of license.

How we comply: We put it on websites, ads and posts, using the details your practice has on file.

  2. No praise, no comparisons, no promises (§466.019(3)(c)–(e), F.S.).

The law bars praising the dentist, comparing quality with other practices, and creating unjustified expectations of results.

How we comply: We tell what you do, how you do it and with what technology, without "the best" or "guaranteed results."

  3. "Specialist" only where the law allows it (§466.0282, F.S.).

Only with an ADA-recognized specialty and its accredited training. Otherwise, the area is advertised with the exact capitalized disclaimer that it isn't a recognized specialty.

How we comply: We check your credentials before we write that word and, when needed, add the disclaimer word for word.

  4. Free or discounted offers carry their notice and their dates (§456.062, F.S.; 64B5-4.003(5), F.A.C.).

Every free or discounted offer carries, in capital letters, the notice of the patient's right not to pay for anything done within the next 72 hours, plus the dates the offer is valid.

How we comply: We add it to every promotion, including on Meta and Google.

  5. Prices with a minimum-fee notice and the ADA code (§466.019(3)(g), F.S.; 64B5-4.003(2)–(4), F.A.C.).

An advertised price says it's a minimum fee, has a validity period, and names the exact procedure or its ADA code.

How we comply: If you publish prices, we write them that way.

  6. Testimonials and before-and-afters: no specific rule, but nothing misleading (§466.019(3)(a), (b), (d), F.S.).

The law has no rule of its own for them, but it bars false facts, half-truths and unjustified expectations.

How we comply: We use real patients and real cases, with no misleading retouching and only with their permission.

This isn't legal advice; review your ads with your attorney or with the Florida Board of Dentistry.

Frequently asked questions

How soon will I see new patients?

With well-built ads, the first calls usually come in within the first few weeks. Local SEO and reviews take longer, but they build a steady flow that doesn't depend on paying for every click. The ideal setup runs both: ads for today, and rankings that let you spend less on paid traffic a few months from now.

I see patients in English and Spanish. Do you handle both?

Yes, and we don't translate. We write every ad, page, and message natively in each language, so patients read copy that sounds natural, not machine-translated. Your site lives in both languages, so you rank and convert in both markets.

I pay for ads, but people call and don't book. Can you fix that?

The gap is almost always after the click, not in the ad. We look at what happens when people call or message: whether someone answers in time, whether there's follow-up, whether the site does its job. With BritoCRM, we automate replies and reminders so interested patients hear back fast instead of waiting.

Do you lock me into a long contract?

We start with 3 months, the time marketing needs to deliver real results; then it renews automatically for 6 months, and after that for 12 months at a time (if you sign 6 months up front, it then renews for 12 months at a time). Before you sign, we walk you through every term, with no fine print. We'd rather you stay because you're seeing new patients. We start by learning your practice, your most profitable treatments, and your area, then build a clear plan. If something isn't performing, we adjust. We're your team, not a vendor who disappears.

Does AI recommend dentists? What do I need for it to name me?

Yes. People ask ChatGPT for a dentist nearby, one who speaks Spanish, or one who does a specific treatment. In our October 2026 study, AI preferred businesses with a presence in that area and third-party reviews, and was wary of what only the business's own website said. For your practice: a Google listing with recent reviews, a page per treatment that answers real questions, and the same information in English and Spanish.
