Art Dental Studio
From a well-known Miami brand to a system that wins patients across several states.
The case
Art Dental Studio came to us with a well-known Miami brand. We built the infrastructure to generate, qualify and handle that demand, and take it beyond Florida.
This story starts with work that isn't ours. Over the years, Dr. Vivian Menéndez built a strong brand and relationships with influencers, artists and celebrities, and Art Dental keeps its own team for organic social. Brito Marketing didn't create that reputation: we turned it into a much broader commercial infrastructure, with advertising, technology, search, production and sales processes.
“A pleasure working with Brito Marketing. This year our sales doubled, with clients coming from all over the United States, even in the hard times. Excellent work from the team.” — Dr. Vivian Menéndez, CEO of Art Dental Studio.
For us, it fits in one line: “A total success. Success multiplied by a thousand.” — Leo Brito, CEO of Brito Marketing.

Inside the case
The challenge
Visibility isn't the same as an infrastructure that can generate, measure, filter and scale demand consistently. Patients arrived through referrals, phone calls, Instagram messages, or after seeing an influencer connected to the clinic. Everything still had to be connected: lead generation, paid advertising, Google Ads, SEO, AEO and GEO, CRM, automation, artificial intelligence, commercial production, structured patient follow-up and expansion into other US markets.
The idea
Turn that prestige into a system, starting with the fastest wins. There was no time to produce everything from scratch: we took years of videos, testimonials and content featuring public figures, and re-edited it into pieces built for advertising. Hundreds of conversations came in about smile design, veneers and implants. Success brought the first bottleneck, because many conversations were lost without an immediate reply, so we moved to campaigns with forms that identify the treatment, whether the person would travel, financing, insurance, where they live and their level of intent. At certain stages, roughly 120 to 140 leads came in per day (figure stated by the agency).
The production
After several meetings with sales, operations and administration, we set up the CRM, automations and AI around the clinic's real processes: the AI starts the conversation, asks questions and takes the patient to the point Art Dental defined, and a person on the team books the appointment. The hardest part wasn't the marketing but helping the organization handle the demand: we trained their team on handling digital leads, response speed, video calls with patients outside Miami, contact hours, calls, the CRM and customer service. With the CRM, every conversation was logged and managers could listen to calls and give feedback. And we rebuilt much of their digital presence: website, photography, 3D tours and video.
The campaign
Patients from other states were already arriving, but sporadically. We launched campaigns segmented by market, with forms that ask for ZIP code and state and make clear the treatment happens in Miami, and leads now come from New York, Texas, California, Nevada, Kentucky, Georgia and cities across Florida. Since May 26, 2026, with the new website (now more than 450 pages in English and Spanish), ads and search work together: in our check on October 8, 2026 (a single query per engine, not personalized), ChatGPT recommended it second when asked in English for the best smile design clinic in Miami, and on Google it ranked among the top two organic results for “diseño de sonrisa Miami.” AI answers change from day to day. In the first year of working with Brito, just over twelve months, the clinic went on to see roughly three times as many patients (figure stated by the agency). The most telling indicator is the lab: Enrique, its Master Ceramist, handcrafts much of the veneers and crowns; the lab reached 30 to 40 units a day, with peaks of around 50 (figure stated by the agency), and at several points demand outpaced that handcrafted capacity. Art Dental has a line it won't cross: growing in volume at the expense of quality.

What we did
Our work for Art Dental Studio
Brand & design
Building on the brand the clinic already had, we designed pieces for their campaigns and offices, such as covers and QR signs for reviews.

We built their new website in English and Spanish (more than 450 pages in its sitemap as of October 16, 2026: 240 in English and 217 in Spanish), the stories of Dr. Vivian Menéndez and Master Ceramist Enrique, and interviews with their team.
We moved from conversations to qualified leads, with forms that ask about the treatment, travel, financing, insurance and where they live, and took the campaigns to several states.

More than 80 corporate and commercial videos produced, plus re-editing the clinic's existing content for advertising. Here is their library: everything we have published.
Photography
Professional photography of their locations and team, plus 3D tours.
SEO, AEO and GEO for Google and AI engines, on the new website we launched in May 2026, now with more than 450 pages in English and Spanish. The dated result is in “The campaign.”
We set up their CRM, automations and AI around their real processes: the AI starts the conversation and takes it to the point the clinic defined, and a person on the team books the appointment. And we trained their team to handle that volume.
