Hector Hernandez & Associates
From four people and almost no digital presence to a structured, recognized and growing firm.
The case
Hector Hernandez & Associates came to us in 2021 with four people and almost no digital presence. Today it's a firm of around seventeen: structured, recognized and growing.
Its advertising lived in traditional media, on bus stop benches around Miami and a few billboards, and it had no website, no developed social media, no professional photography, no video, no digital campaigns and no technology-backed sales system. Immigration is the heart of the firm; bankruptcy grew next, and real estate followed. Personal injury is among its services too, but the firm has chosen not to push it, and we've followed those priorities instead of imposing a model.
“Great company to work with. They have helped us grow our business exponentially in less than a year. I highly recommend Brito Marketing.” — Hector Hernandez, Hector Hernandez & Associates.
For Leo Brito, CEO of Brito Marketing, the transformation fits in one image: “That Hector Hernandez & Associates was like a kid who came to me and said, ‘I want to be a grown-up.’ Today I see a grown-up.” And in one word, partnership: “We've grown with them, and they've grown with us.”
Inside the case
The challenge
When the firm asked, “How can you help us?”, the answer was direct: this wasn't about fixing a campaign, it was about building a complete marketing infrastructure. That meant working at the same time on branding, the logo, the website, social media, Google Business Profile, photography, video, commercial production, digital advertising, lead generation, CRM, follow-up processes, team training and brand communication.
The idea
Legal advertising that gets noticed. Instead of the usual attorney talking to the camera, we produced immigration and bankruptcy commercials with a concept, characters, storytelling, rhythm, humor when it fit, and talent, with production studios and figures like Cuban actress Yory Gómez, always with a clear commercial intent. In bankruptcy, a serious category that's hard to communicate, we built a line that, in our experience, we hadn't seen in the Hispanic legal market. As Leo Brito puts it: “I had never seen bankruptcy commercials like ours in the Hispanic market.” That creativity carried over to their social media and all of the brand's communication.
The production
We built the brand from scratch: branding, the logo, the website, photography, content and their Google presence. When leads started coming in, first for immigration and then for bankruptcy, the work moved into operations: we trained every person on Brito CRM to receive a lead, follow up, work each stage, answer calls, log information and keep continuity with every client. We often found out about a new hire because a new user showed up in the CRM, and the training started again. And there was partnership: Leo Brito sat down many times with Héctor and his family to look at what was working, what wasn't, what needed to become more professional and how to organize the growth.
The campaign
The digital campaigns brought a volume the firm had never had, and that volume called for structure. From four people in 2021 it grew to around seventeen, with reception, customer service, paralegals, support staff and operations. Then they ran out of room: first another office, then additional spaces, then offices joined together and, recently, another expansion within the same building. Over time the reputation came too: more referrals, more recognition and more trust. And the goal still stands, in the line Leo keeps repeating to Héctor: “Héctor, I'm never going to stop until you buy yourself a Lamborghini.”

We built their brand identity: brand manual, logo with its variations and an animated logo.

We built their website, the foundation of their whole digital presence, which the firm didn't have.
Digital campaigns and lead generation, first for immigration and then for bankruptcy, following the priorities the firm sets.

Immigration and bankruptcy commercials with a concept, characters and humor, shot with production studios and talent like Cuban actress Yory Gómez. Here is their library: everything we have published.
